OVERVIEW OF THE NON PROFIT
Our main goal is to strengthen the community with space to sustain fun and healthy lifestyles at a safe and affordable cost. The use and availability of the Complex will enhance the quality of living in Great Falls as well as enhance the athletic performances for all student athletes and Special Olympians.
Central Montana Sports Complex, Inc. is a non-profit, youth sports complex serving not only children but anyone involved in youth programs as well as all community events. The focus of the program is to promote youth sport participation, healthy development in youth and increase community access to programs and events throughout the winter months in Montana.
Clinical studies show that sports and recreation programs help youth establish lifelong, healthy, physical activity patterns. Regular physical activity can ward off life threatening diseases; reduce feelings of depression and anxiety; help control weight and obesity; and build and maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints.

WHO WILL BENEFIT?
The children in the community’s core must have the opportunity for a successful start in education and sport regardless of age, race, gender, family composition, income or community. In response to this significant disparity Central Montana Sports Complex will provide the sports programs necessary for Great Falls youth to have equal opportunity in organized sports.
There is a major demand for locations to practice, compete and train in all sports due to inclement and unpredictable weather. A major issue along with space is the feasibility to rent a facility. Most gyms and indoor facilities do not have the space needed to participate at a maximum level as well as a reasonable cost. These factors, as well as others, cause many groups to leave the community for competition instead of hosting events, with many of the teams being forced into unsafe facilities.
The Complex would like to be able to provide the community with additional entertainment in the sports field by bringing in exhibition games such as major league soccer. We would also like to create an annual or semiannual combine event for athletes to showcase their talents. This event would allow the Complex to invite coaches from around the region in the various disciplines to view the athletes with the hope that such athletes would be able to continue on in college and have more opportunities.
We would be able to provide the time and space for Special Groups to practice and train. In speaking with board members for these Special Groups they do not have a specific location allocated for use in the off season or a way for competition. The complex would like to set apart specific hours that would regularly be provided to those members of the Special Groups to train as well as those involved to participate
In addition, Central Montana Sports Complex, Inc. would like to be involved with community education providing an opportunity for internship and work study. Internship and work study programs would provide students the opportunity to become more intimately involved in sports, Special Groups, education, as well as tie in with the community in various events the facility would allow for space for educational programs related to all community schools.

GROUP BENEFITS
The complex would have the facility accessible to groups for seminars and continuing education. Central Montana Sports Complex has spoken with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and consideration is already in place to house additional training for those in the community as well as training for those with physical needs. The company has also spoken with NSCA about providing a facility as a regional location for specific testing of the NSCA as well as worldwide competition. Such competitions and testing would provide local athletes an opportunity to compete and be ranked in the U.S. and the world. In addition to the NSCA, the Complex would be able to provide training with through the CrossFit Training Program*.
