LEASABLE SPACE
To help make the Central Montana Sports Complex a more well-rounded facility, it will include 10,000 square feet of leasable space suitable for retail sporting goods sales, health foods & vitamins or perhaps a snack or smoothy bar. Other ideas for the space will be considered as well and be leased whole or divided among multiple entities, depending on interest.
The leasable area boasts views into the basketball court, wrestling area as well as the soccer fields through windows on three sides of the space.
